Recovery policy:
The trainee must read the Institute’s policy found in the registration form.
The trainee is entitled to a refund of the workshop fees after one day from the date of registration with the original bond and ID, provided that the course has not started
The trainee is not entitled to a refund of workshop fees after the workshop has started.
The trainee has the right to exchange his/her workshop credit to any other trainee if he/she meets the conditions of his/her registration in the workshop with the approval of the Institute.
The institute has the right to claim the remaining amounts owed by the trainee in case of withdrawal.
